Welcome to the website for the Jubilee Heights/Cedar Lodge apartments in Kilburn.

Originally a BT regional headquarters, the site was redeveloped as residential complex in 1998 and now encompasses more than 100 flats of varying size and specification.

In 2015 JHCL Freehold Ltd, a company set up and owned by leaseholders in the complex, was able to acquire the Freehold of the site.

Many of the leaseholders involved in the purchase are also residents and for the first time in its history, the objectives of the Freeholders, Leaseholders and Residents on the site have now been aligned.
