JHCL was founded in 2015 after a number of leaseholders in the development got together to buy the Freehold title of the site.
This means for the first time since the development was built, the interests of the freeholders are now aligned with those of the leaseholders.
Although the initial freehold purchase transaction has now closed, any leaseholders wishing to take part in the future will be able to – please use the contact page to discuss further.
