It’s become apparent that some residents are letting out their apartments on short term letting websites like AirBnb. This is strictly not allowed under the terms of our leases.
It also represents a security risk for the building when entry codes to the development are being given out online.
Action has already been taken on leaseholders found to be doing this, and anyone who is found to do this in future will face the same outcome.
